Delete your Hushward account

Hushward is provided by Pere Tamás egyéni vállalkozó. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Settings → Delete my account, enter the code we email you, type DELETE and confirm. Deletion happens at once.

Without the app

Email privacy@hushward.app from the address you use with Hushward, with the subject "Delete my account". We reply to that address to confirm the request, so that nobody else can delete your account, and delete it as soon as you confirm, at the latest within one month. We then tell you it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in sessions, your AI-sharing choice, your plan, purchase records and minute balances, your story reports and feedback, and your own voice recording, voice copy and the narrations made with it at ElevenLabs. Your account ID is removed from usage records that contain no content.

Unused minutes are lost, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play.

What is not deleted at once

• Requests already sent to OpenAI expire within 30 days.
• Database backups and the security log of sign-ins are overwritten within 7 days.
• Narrations in stock voices leave our ElevenLabs history within a day.
• RevenueCat keeps the purchase history under a random account number, so one purchase cannot be claimed twice, and Scaleway keeps its own log of the sign-in emails we sent you. We delete either if you ask; for the purchase history, give us the store's order number, as nothing else links it to you any more.
• Stories, illustrations, narration and settings saved on a phone stay on that phone. Remove them with Settings → Clear this device, or uninstall the app.
